Calling Does ?

I have alot of does on my property and I need to take one or two. What is the best way to call in a doe? I am sure I can just wait and they will come but I want to try calling them in. What works the best? Need some ideas. Thanks...

A fawn distress call works very well. Also if its legal try some apples and corn. All deer like em.

I got a fawn distress call, it was a primos bleat and ball or something like that and when i get down on it, it sounds like a crow call.I dont know if I am blowing it to hard or what?

Last winter while wolf hunting in Canada I was using a FoxPro FX3 electronic call with a deer in distress. I have never seen deer come running to a call like they did that day. Not saying you should use this, because electronic calls a not legal in most areas for deer, but a mouth call may work too.
Then again, just spend a little more time in the stand and wack'em when they walk by.

I would say the best way is to bait (corn, apples) if it is legal in your state. If not, than a doe bleet would be your other option.

Never had success using any of the primos cans to call does...but have had a few younger does come running in when softly grunting for bucks a few times.I've also had success in attracting (i know...not calling) does byputting alittle vanilla extract on my boots when walking to my stand and/or hanging a scent-wick w/ the vanilla soaked into it.

Food scents like apple , corn , or persimmon(if native there) will draw them in . Fawn distress call will attract both sexes , and a strategically placed doe decoy will hold their attention once they arrive . Does are just as territorial as bucks , pick up doe scat from another location and sprinkle it with straight doe urine and leave it for them to find .
