okay after shooting a lot lately ive been wondering what my fps is because i dont have a shop with a chrono around so id like you educated guesses

Usally fps are about 35-40 fps slower than the IBO numbers, when the bow is properly set up. I have a Reflex highlander and it is advertised to shoot 305 fps. In real world situations (29 draw 68#)it shoots an average of 268fps. So if you could find the numbers for your paticular bow just subtract about forty fps maybe a little more for a short draw bow and maybe a little less with a longer draw bow.
