Thats a pretty nice set-up. You could probably go on the low end at 1200 and then go all out at 3000.
Anyway...it really fun!
Good Luck!

Materials cost to make an osage selfbow and a dozen arrows = $100
Time spent crafting wood into weapons = 35 hours
Taking game with your own handmade equipment = Priceless. <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Honey? Is that you posting under a made up name? <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> In case it is, Im stickin' to my story. The bow was given to me by my brother, honest. Those "old" clothes were picked up at a yard sale for mere pennies. And dont worry about that new longbow thats in the mail, Im just holding on to it for a friend. <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Where do you start?
2 bows, 8 treestands, portable climbing sticks, arrows, refletching of arrows, broadheads, camoflauge and scent control devices. Then, I go out and get a bushnell yardage pro scout, which I highly recommend, what you end up with is about $3,000 invested. But money well spent.
Buy her a hot tub and call it even. Take care.
