Whoohoo! My First !

Its sorta bitter sweet really! While I kinda feel like a new daddy, I also feel like one without good insurance! Expensive, but still feels good!

Thanks Guys! Yeah mo, I reckon you could say that. But at 50 yrds, I think you can guess what I did! The wife just couldnt figure why I was that excited, "Whats a robinhood?", she said. Gees!

Worth every penny no doubt. I believe that is even more rare than a hole-in-one on the golf course (correct me if you research it and find me to be wrong).

That's good shooting from 50 yards.

What gets me is when guys shoot 6 arrows at the same dot from 20 yards, hasa8 inch group, and then go nuts when one of the arrows is a "robinhood".

Congrats on that, i actually got one a couple days ago while shooting broadheads. It wasnt close to that far "20 yards", but i was aiming for the arrow that i shot. But good luck hunting this fall im sure youll whack one.

I don't call it nice shooting. I call it bad luck. Look at it from my point of view, two $10 arrows ruined and a group that begs for more practice time on the range.[8D] With that group, obviously a lucky shot with bad results.

Dave I have to agree w/ you... I agree that it was complete luck. I guess still exciting but the real reason a person should be out there shooting is practice. That pattern was in need of some tightening if you want to be confident on stand.

Ummm, did you guys not see the yardage??? I'd say that group ain't too shabby for a 50 yard stack. Good job man. Keep it up.

Why you're right. I did miss the 50 yard range post. Nice shooting.[8D]

RE: Whoohoo! My First !

Hey thanks Dave! But you are also right about it being bad luck. If you noice I have my blazers numbered. Those two arrows were my two most consistant out of the dozen. I was accually down to mapping my last five arrows. Iknew I'd put those in the quiver for this year. But I thought I'd map them just once more, you know, make it an even 5X's instead of my usuall odd number of 4 for mapping arrows!:D

And I agree that I have alot of room to tighten those groups up. I'm working on that, I"ll just have to aim a different holes between shots![8D]
