I notice your arrows seem to be in the target at different angles. It could be a tuning problem or a release problem. That will tighten up your groups also.
Impact of the hit might lead you to believe this. I know it happens on lighter weight targets.

i'm thinking that the awkward angles may be due to the arrow following a "post" hit or hole in the target at that angle from previuos hits.
