Nope, wont matter a bit. Personal preference, basically.

i shoot 3 blades because the 4 blades seem to plane more

I have used 3 & 4 blade Muzzys and the four blade fly exactly like my field points. Try them both to see what you like.

I always say 4 blades is better. For this reason, more cut. Let's say a deer is 10" wide, and each blade on your BHis 1/2". So a 2 blade head cuts 1", a 3 blade head cuts 1 1/2", and a 4 blade cuts 2". Given the 10" width we discussed earlier, your "inches of slice" would be 10", 15", and 20" respectively. I like 20" much mo betta than 10.

I just bought a pack of the 4 blade, 100 grain, mx-4's and they are flying great. Just like my field tips. SQ2 at 70# 28 inch arrows.

I shoot Muzzy 4 blades. They group just like my field points.I've only been archery hunting for 4 years and have taken 2 deer.I've never tried the 3 blades or expandables because I've never had a problem with the 4 blade Muzzys.

I like 4 blades, but truth be known, if you put it in the right spot it ain't gonna matter.
