Ryan, it is fake...trust me we went over and over this through the years now and there is a second photo that exists with an elk instead of the deer and the cat is the exact same....what it is is the photo is over layed, not photoshopped....the deer walked through ,at some point. The cat walked through at another time..the photos are overlayed....same one with the elk in it....

It's a fake...

It wouldn't be too hard to transpose 2 images from one trail cam. This one doesn't have enough resolution to disect. I googled images "deer cougar" and it came up 3 times on the 1st page.

I don't think the cougar would still be in sneak mode that close either.

I wish I could remember where I saw the same exact picture with an elk instead of the cat....that alone dismisses it's authenticity.
