Idaho hunter 58

So i went and outfitted myself in some new fall camo today, and got everything from gloves to face masks, to ghillie pants, to tops.... But now I need one last thing, a pair of boots.

I want to be scent free as possible, so do any of you guys wear rubber boots or other scent blocking kinds?

Best deals to look for?

I see that you are from Idaho. I would recommend the Danner pronhorns in 400 grams for hunting here. I used to go through a pair a year until 3 years ago. I am on my 3rd season with the pronghorns and they are still going strong. If you are close to Boise, there is a new Cabelas opening up here in a couple of weeks.

Nice i will def look into those. Yeah I'm from idaho, but nowhere near boise, and even if i was i prob wouldn't admit it... ha ha. I live in CDA. How about you?

Should I be worried about cumulating scent with them though if they are leather/gortex?

I wouldn't worry about smell. They are waterproof and should keep the smell in. I carry baking soda into elk camp and put some in my boots every night. Good luck this year.
