Slick Tricks?

Anyone know if Gary has finished re-tooling his new, sharper blades and if they're ready to ship yet? Last word was they were going to be ready at the end of July; just wanted to check and see if anyone knew first-hand.

last i heard, i think the 125 and 85 grain broadheads are ready with new blades on them, but i don't think the 100 grain is quite ready yet. Probably just because of the high demand of the 100 grain slick tricks.

... and -- of course -- it's the 100-grains that I'm wanting to! :D

The blades are being made by some outfit in Germany and they are supposed to be really sharp.........I plan to pick up at least one more pack of the 100gr magnums.
I haven't shot any yet but if they fly as good as advertised and people rave about and the blades are super sharp it will be darn near impossible to NOT make them the #1 choice this year. Field point flight, 4 blade 1 1/8" cutting diameter?........if they're sharp it's a no brainer.
I don't mind sharpening blades myself (ok maybe a little;)) but it would be nice to have a set to just practice with and then break out the fresh blades for hunting.

How does one go about ordering them? Do they have a web site?

I've been shooting Thunderheads for 16yrs and really have no reason to change as they have done an excellent job for me but iwanted to try something different.I ordered 2pks of the 100gr magnum slick tricks and 2pks of replacement blades about a month ago but i'm not complaining because i was told up front when i ordered that there was a waiting list due to the 06 blades being machined in Germany. As of a couple days ago they still hadn't recieved any blades or at least that's the word i got. I'm not in a panic because i have plenty of Thunderheads and my bow is already tuned for those so i'm good to go just in case the tricks don't get here in time. When they do arrive if they perform as well as users claim they do thenthey may just replace my thunderheads and become my favorite broadhead, we'll see! I really like theconstruction of the trickand the way theygo together, looks very solid andthe thought of an extra blade is even more appealing to me. I believe good things come to those who wait. I also agree with Matt,"field point flight, 4 blade 1 1/8" cutting diameter, sharp!".......it's a no brainer for sure.

They come 3 to a pack. I haven't ordered any yet but have a dealer not far from me taking orders, I am just waiting for the new blades to appear. By the way, if they fly as well as the Rocky Mtn. Turbos I will be happy.

I got acouple of slick tricksas a demo at the ATA. When I shot them I noticed a lot of whistling. Have any of you noticed it and if so have they fixed it? Just curious, I don't plan on leaving NAP.
