Yesterday I was sitting the ground blind and got some good eye candy. To those concerned about the heat I was sitting in the shade and had plenty of water. I saw the buck before mama and the twins. caught this last boy in the same spot as that eight pointer and his is a very wide nine, that's the best i could do with the pic. i will keep them coming till i stop scouting!!!!

Nice pics, that's cool. Nothing like successful scouting to get the season rolling. It won't be long and that wistle will bear fruit with some tasty venison.:)

That looks like he'll have potential someday. I've been working on gaining access to an upscale golf course down there. I'm just laying the ground work this year and hope to lock it up next saeson if I'm still traveling to Alabama.

They are great pictures and looks like fun. But, are you sure that you want to expose yourself to the deer like that? It's getting close to open season. You could be patterning a good one and might want to do it without the deer knowing that you are there. Just curious. Great pics.
