Default My how far we have come...

I was giving away this old bow I had this evening, and it hit me... We havecome a LONG way in archery in just the past 10 years... Its Crazy...

I took a pic of the difference...

What year is that? My Bear Black Bear II didn't even have the option of a plunger button rest like that...I had a plastic sticky flipper type rest...LOL I think it was an 1982....I should post a pic....

wow... I almost forgot about my Bear Whitetail II... old trusty... I think she shot100 FPS... But is was a killer.

Yes we have [&:]I remember doing a speech in college on the 'new' compound bows hitting the market.... had a Bear Whitetail at the time..... yes how things change! [8D]

Oops: almost forgot, that was sssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, 1975! [:'(]

Great pick and a good example.

If you want to see a reall good history, go by Len's shop in Glen Burnie, Md if your in the area. He has a great collection hanging around.

LOL....yeah, I know a couple guys that shoot Mathews, and I bust their chops just as much. It's all in fun, though.
