RE: Do you carry corn into the woods?
Nope. Too risky. Hunting over bait is a no-no here in Mo. In fact, a kid that was sharing the land I was hunting had a bait pile out.....let's just say he won't have this year. ;)

yeah IL CORNFIELD you dont count just look at your name, its illegal to hunt over the stuff here too but it seems everyone does it, i keep it out for trail camera purposes and then stop when hunting season rolls around because i cant afford the fines even though game wardens basically dont exist here

Corn all around me too, no need to carry it into the woods..
Besides, I would probably attract more cows than anything.. |
RE: Do you carry corn into the woods?
I've been known to start to eat an apple and suddenly lose my appetite and then accidentally drop the leftovers from my tree...I also sometimes taste a bad spot and spit the chewins violently from my mouth down onto the surrounding ground. But corn? Oh no....never.

I carry my bow and arrows, anda sense of adventure and fair chase. Bait is not, has not, and will never be a consideration, by my standards or (thankfully) by Pennsylvania's laws.
