How to grill wild game book?
 

can anyone recommend a great book that covers grilling, smoking or barbecuing wild game? I am in florida, so elk, moose, and such don't really apply. Generally, it's deer, hogs and birds (and of course, plenty of gators).

I bought "The Complete Book of Venison" earlier this year, and the missus seemed to like it a lot.

The one I use most of my recipes from is "301 Venison Recipes: The Ultimate Deer Hunters Cook Book" by Deer and Deer Hunting magazine. Lots of good stuff in there, my mom got it for me 2 years ago for x-mas and its one of my favorite gifts I have gotten for a long time because its so handy.

I would guess you should heavily marinate it as it seems the pages would dry out and possibly catch fire.
