Stayin loose on stand....after an injury Help!!!
 

A friend of mine has suffered a couple of injuries on his shoulders. He is having a terrible time pulling his bow on stand. (cost him a nice buck last year) I saw something on the outdoor channel for staying loose on stand. It was simmiliar to a sling shot but you could use it for several excerises. Anybody know where to get one of these????

I had the same issue on a much smaller scale. Dislocated and tore some ligaments on Oct. 4 a couple years ago. I got a theraband from my therapist and I still use it. It works great and is free.
