Why wont anyone help me out and give me a reply to yesterdays message? I'm just trying to learn like everyone else. I know some of you experienced hunters out there have an answer for my question. Thanks for any response.

I dont know what happend to my post so here it is again. As far as leaving you scent in the woods for a week. I beleave that by leaving it in the woods other deer may come to the scent, figure it out and leave with you not being in you stand to whack um. Your scent will not last a week untill you return. You may want to move your scent and of course refresh it, or even try another scent sense they are already have the old scent down. As far as scaring the buck he should return without a problem. Just try to remember to take it out with you when you leave the woods. Its like walking into a house that has cats, you can smell it for awhile, you know what it is but soon your noise gets use to the smell. If that helps at all. Good luck I wish all the luck.
