I've experienced the same problem with leetches. I went back to cat whiskers. They are trouble free and effective.

I've tried a lot. Rubber cat whiskers work as well or better than anything. I added them onto my new Trykon and my new Tribute and it brought each bow to an all time level of quietness. HCH

RE: String Silencer Help

Used cat whiskers for years when there were no other options. Tried Leeches 2yrs ago ... they didn't last a month. Went back to the ol' tried and true cat whiskers and haven't looked back. I cut each length of cat whisker in half and put one half on top and one on the bottom of the string. Cuts down on the weight and they still work just fine.

Good luck.
