Spooked some deer, will their pattern change?

We went into the woods knowing these deer would come through this way, however we had to wait some because of the rain... Anyway, we make it to the spot and wham, the deer are already there and bolt. The next day they never came by that way. Did we change their pattern for good, or will they come back that way again?

Thanks,
Jits

I dont think you will change their pattern for good. I have spooked a ton of deer but always manage to shoot a deer each year. I think you should take some pressure off the spot for a few days and return everything should be back to normal.

I never like my odds when I spook deer under my stand. i would definitly lay off the area for a while.

I've got to agree with Drop - em and Rack-Attack. I generally will have three to four stands. In order to prevent deer patterning me I will alternate the stands. Some may not have this luxury so I would suggest letting the area die down for at least 3 days. At the very least your human scent should be eliminated by then.
