Got a nice one!!!
 

Finally!!!! This year has been sooo slow. I saw 2 bucks Sat. morning, and they were the first deer I have seen in about 3 weeks. One was a whopper!! Anyway, this buck came to my esterus can (awesome call. works great), along with some doe in heat scent. He came in and fed for about 15 min. on some brush, which gave me time to calm down. I first tried to draw, and he busted me. I tried to hold my bow still, but I couldn't and my arm gave way making a bunch of noise. BUT, he did not look up at me, instead he looked out towards a field. This allowed me time to re-draw and I shot him. Found him about 70 yards away, the Spitfire 100 demolished the liver. He was a nice 9 pointer. Sorry, don't know how to post pics.

Congrats on the buck. Give us the stats on his rack and body weight when you have them. Would love to also see a picture.

You were very lucky to have him only go 70 yards away with a liver shot. Some shots that far back will get you a 200-500 yard blood trail. Boy am I talking from a past experience. I thought I'd never find that deer but finally did the next morning.
