Hunting Close To South Bend Indiana?

Any of you guys familiar with that area of Indiana? If so, where can you hunt there and how much does it cost for out of state tags/license? I will be there the last week of September. Is their season open then?

The season doesnt usually start until Oct 1st. Im not from around South Bend or I would refer ya to some state ground...

Xtreme, what state are you hunting? I wish some Indaiana guys would respond to this. I may be really interested in a chance to hunt up there.

I haven't lived in Indiana for almost 20 years, but I do have fond memories of the Jasper/Pulaski public hunting area. Fairly large from what I remember. Should be somewhat near South Bend.

I live in MI but I hunt and have land in Indiana. that is why I know the price of the Non-Resident tag.

tomkat they do have and early season but that is only in the Urban Zone.

Yea i live indiana and our early bow season doesnt open till oct 1.
