Any one out there using the reflex highlander by any chance? I just purchased one from bp, I keep hearing good things about them, but I thought I would ask forsome opinions.

I bought one back in may. This is my first year bow hunting and i love this bow . I was at the pro shop today and another guy had just bought one. He had been bowhunting for 12 years he said. The proshop owner said that the Highlander was going to bea great seller this year. I think my package deal was around 370 or so.

Bill Heavey rated several bows in the August subscription of Field & Stream. The Highlander was one of the bows mentioned. Bill chose the Fred Bear Instinct over the Highlander. They are both priced about the same, so you may want to shoot both before you decide.
The Instinct is 31in. ata vs. the Highlander at 36in. I think there IBO is about the same.
Hope this helps.
