Do my own, have for years. I've made myself self proficient after working pro shops for a lot of years. I've had a fletch jig for some time and also invested in an arrow saw, string jig, bow press, bow scale, arrow scale, tuning equip etc...etc.. a full blown proshop in my basement, now I just need to set it up like Greg / MO's.

I fletched my first arrow a couple weeks ago. Definitely a fun thing to do. I think I am going to practice on some of my bent/broken ones though first before I try the Full Metal Jackets again!
