Need help getting him within range
This is my first year bowhunting so I could use some help. I saw a nice buck the other night just before dark. I used a grunt tube and rattled, he wandered in to about 40 yds which is well beyond my range and stood there feeding. I decided not to call anymore in order not to get busted and he eventually wandered into the bush. I'm going out again next week to try to bring him back and if he does the same thing, how can I get him in closer(i.e. 20yds)? Should I try a doe call, scent etc? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If the rut is on try using
a doe bleat in combination with
a buck grunt. Also drag a scent
bomb from the area the buck is
approaching to within 20 yards
of your stand.
