What's the gestation period for northern whitetail

I live in soutwestern N.Y.right on the PA border.Does anyone know when the peak of the rut should be?Thanks

Well, I have no idea when the rut is up your way but the gestation period for odocolieus virginianus (whitetail deer) is 200 days. I've never heard of a distinction between the gestation period of deer compared to the geographical location of deer.

The deer down south seem to be smaller.Also they don't have to deal with bad weather.I don't know if that makes a difference,so that's why I specified northern.
