(any name mfg.) soft case.....

Hey guys....

I bought one of those(so-and-so mfg.)soft bow cases last year. I'm sure there are people out there who love these,.....but I haven't been this disappointed in a product in some time. It's just not for me.

What's a pretty good little hard bow case (name brand)? I bought my son a nice little Plano that sure looks OK, but I'd spend a little more if it were really nice.

I shoot a switchback.

Thanks.

Jeff

The SKB cases are very nice. I have the 6002 double bow case and am very satisfied with it.

I watched it get flung off of a luggage cart going around a corner at DFW airport, while on my way to a hunt. Took about a 5 foot drop and about a 10 foot skid across the tarmac. Other than a few scuffs on the corners it is as good as new. The bow inside didn't move at all.

If you are looking for a rugged inexpensive case that you don't plan on flying with, I would suggest 2. The Plano Protector or the Dosko Sport SE44. Both are great and both under 30 bucks. Don't use them if you plan on flying w/ your bow, though.
