Maxima Arrows: Front of center??

OK, I went and bought me some of the new maxima 350's. What does the front of center design mean? The only thing different I can tell is there is a camo wrap on the front part of the shaft. Is this why they call it "front of center" design? Sorry if I sound dumb but it is really puzzling me. Also they are 21 grains heavier that my super carbons. How much speed will I lose. (Don't have a chrongraph) I have a switchback xt with a 30 inch draw length and shoot 60 pounds.

RE: Maxima Arrows: Front of center??

Front of center means where it's ballance point is going to be.
As in, the ballance point (center of weight distribution) will be infront of the center of the shaft itself.
