Default Lone wolf decision

Well i have made up my mind that im going to spend the money on a Lone Wolf stand but i cant decide what to do. Im deciding between the sit and climb and the alpha hang on with the climbing sticks. I like the versatility of the hang on, but dont know how quickly and quietly i could use the sticks and put up the stand. Pros and cons for either of these would be great. Thanks!

I'm thinking to do the same thing. I was looking at the Alpha hang on stand. I would love to get the climbing sticks as well but, I don't think I will be able to buy both at the same time. Awesome looking stands

Lone Wolf sit and climb is the best bet for my money. It's lite, secure, versitile and the most quiet stand available. Not themost comfortable stand and a bit pricey. I wouldn't use any other stand. These are just my thoughts.

If you can only choose one, I'd go with the hang-on and sticks. You can set-up anywhere with it, and that's the biggest advantage. Then, in the future, get the climber, and you will have the best tools in the trade!

Get the alpha hang on, you won't be sorry. I think it's the best stand out there.

Hangons and sticks are way better IMO. Nothing limits you on where to hunt. A climber limits you bigtime.

I've had the sit n climb for two years now. Very quiet, packs up nice and compact. Doesn't snag everything in the woods. BUT, the top piece is too narrow for me (6 foot 195lbs) I talked to Andre (owner of lone wolf) at the harrisburg hunting show. He said they knew they had a problem and they were going to redesign to top piece. Haven't seen it yet. So I took mine to our local welder and had him make it 3 inches wider. Now the "sit" bar hinges from the inside instead of the outside of the frame. Still folds and packs the same. Just picked it up yesterday. Can't wait to try it. I think I'll have to get the longer traction belts though.

I have the sit and climb and the hang on and sticks. I only used the hang on twice last year. It is very nice but it take to long to set up, for me at least.
If you dont need it ASAP wait for the revised sit and climb. I cant wait for the seat to come out, I could use the extra room, Or I can go on a diet... NAh

I used a sitnclimb for 3-4 years and loved it. But I sold my last climber early in the year to help pay for my new bow. I've decided to try the hangon and sticks even though I can put the climber up fast because in certain situations some trees won't allow a climber to be used. I want to add, another LW climber will be bought in the future as well. Ya just can't beat the quality.

I have 2 hang-ons and 4 sticks. Can't beat 'em. I bought a new one last year with the new seat and ordered a new seat kit for my old one. With the new seat and the footrest I can sit longer than I ever could before. Never was comfortable in a climber, I've had both versions of the Lone Wolf climbers and sold them both. It's hang ons for me for good...
