I have just started doing my own and it is easy. Just need the veins glue and a jig. Only thing I have for you is to use minimal glue. Too much causes problems

if you plan on refletching often then i would spend a little money andget a bitzenburger. This thing will hold the arrows and insure accurate vane placment every time.
First use asharp knife, a razor or Zipstrip to remove the fletching from the arrow
Next spread some alcohol on the arrow to make the surface smooth for the vane
Let it dry then put the arrow on the bitzenburger and start gluing the fletching to the arrow. I use ME Fastest Gel glue which seems to work fine

If this is just going to be a one time job then i would suggest takingyour arrowsto your pro shop and have them do it for a small fee

do what the other guys said and make sure you get off all the old glue or you might have problems with how securely the new vanes attach

When your done fletching, put a dap of glue on the front and rear of each fletch. Thisadds strength to the glue job and helps prevent the fletch from coming off..
