Hey NYBOWHUNTER11 you need to get out in those woods and stay there. Man I never really had much opportunity to hunt in the snow during archery, only in the second season, but usually dont have a tag for the second season. Man I hope you shoot a big one, I hope the snow continues to lay for you. Sounds like you are goin to have an awesome weekend. Good LUck my friend

It's snowing in the Finger Lakes, I can't wait to out of work at 5pm today. I have the next 10 days off. I plan on hunting everyday! Is the snow sticking anywhere yet?

this snow should make for good huntin.its been a long time since we have bowhunted with snow on the ground.i love it....:)

We have a few inches on the ground in my section of the southerntier with a lot more in the forcast for the next 24 hours! Could be more than a foot in some spots before the lake effect is done.

This is going to be fun.

We had 2" in 9j as of 5:30. It started snowing around 2:00. I seen a small buck browsing today for 45 minutes within 20 yards. Oh, the wind was blowing around 30 mph. So don't listen to the comment that deer don't move when it's windy. Just dress warm.

They're suppose to get 8-10 inches on the Tug Hill Plateau tonight. I wish my bow trip were this week instead of the week after next.
