Does anyone know the approx. f.p.s. of a older brownig mirage with overdraw.Corbon arrows at 70lbs?I have always loved the bow and just ordered one.I have a martin bengal with sonic wheels right now.I love that bow as well.Any comments on the browning is it still a accurate fast bow for thistime of bows?thank you!

Depending on how old the bow is,what weight it's set at, what the draw length is, how much the arrow weighs, etc...you can expect 250-300fps. The Mirage has always been one of Browning's faster bows but there are too many variables to look at to give you a speed now. Rest assured it will be fast enough to hunt with.

Is it accurate? if you do your part, it will do it's.

Ihunt withboth newer and older Brownings and have never had a problem with them. They are great bows and will do the job......as long asyou do.;)
