I use a bitzenberger fletcher pictured here, blazer vanes, and carbon express maxima shafts, and bohning platinum fletch glue. You will be glad you got into fletching your own arrows so that you are not a slave to the proshops schedule.

Bitzenburger jig is suppose to be the best, but with the best comes a price tag. Someone recommended the Jo Jan jig with a right helical to me and I have been extremely pleased with it (half the price of the Bitzenburger). Easy to use and does a good job. Blazer Vanes are durable and light weight and glue them on with Bohning adhesive.

I use a Bitz jig, 4" feathers andAAE fast set gel. The bitz cost more than other jigs but it will last you a lifetime.

Yeah, Bitz is certainly the best, but I use the Grayling and have had no problems at all, at half the price.

So, you'll need a jig and a clamp, either straigh, right or left helical, the fletching of your choice, wraps or cresting if you wish, and glue. There are lots of good glues out there. Personally, I use Pine Ridge, but any of the "super glue" types work well.

I use a Grayling Right Helical and am very well pleased with it and the glue I use is NPV(Arrow Mate Cement). I use 4" firm Vanes but have been looking the Quick Spins over.

Bitz Jig
AAE glue
Bohning Blazers
G5 ASD squaring tool
Harbour Freight cut off saw
cheap linoleum knife for peeling vanes

I bought the Jig for 1/2 price on ebay. The Grayling looks like a plastic version of the Bitz and since there is no pressure or stress involved is probably just as good to work with.
