How do i get my bow back??

OK, i can get my bow back easily but i cant do it when a deer is in without worrying about him seeing me how do and what do i wait for to pull my bowback. i usually try when his head is down feeding or turned away, but he still seems to see me or notice somthing is wrong and walks away. Any help??
Thanks and good huntin

You need to wait until they are looking away from you (preferably straight away, as they have excellent peripheral vision), or until they are behind an obstruction like a tree limb or bush.

The best bet is to plan these obstructions into your stand selection. When you look at a tree, make sure you will be well hidden, and able to draw on deer when the opportunity arises.

Good Luck.

I've posted this before but I purposely pick a large tree to stand behind that gives me a screen to draw. You only have to move a few degrees to get out of sight and make sure your draw is slow and steady. I assume you are on the ground. I wait until they pass and are quartering away so the don't see movement. I've drawn on 7 deer this year just to see if I can undetected. (Hold away from the deer in case your release lets go) and haven't been made yet. I scouted a long time to find the perfect tree. I have three of them now and have had deer practically in my lap on every stand. Still waiting on the big boy to come in

Be very careful... Don't look at the deer. I can bet a lot of money they can sense something is looking at them the same way humans can sense they're being watched. Use your peripheral vision to keep track of him/her and do it very slowly.
I usually look maybe at a spot 5 yards in front of their heads so I can see head movement....

As a new bow hunter I agree this may be the toughest part of bowhunting. I am using a ground blind with plenty of cover. I draw from a crounching position in the cover and deer can't see me. My issue is that I eventually have to stand to get a shot.

Where i am sitting I can see deer coming about 100 yards out, they than proceed into heavy cover, this allows me time to get ready, i.e draw if a shotable deer is approaching.

Try pulling back when their head is behind a tree or when they are moving. I have yet to have a deer catch me moving if I do it slowly while they are moving. I have stood up, picked up my bow, drew back
and aimed all while deer were within 20 yards. The key is waiting until they are moving/walking.

I agree with all of you, but I would like to add one more thing. You say you can pull your bow back easily, so this may not be the case for you, but I cant tell you how many people I see on the practice range with their bows cranked up too high for them. If you have to point your arrow skyward to pull back its extra movement the deer can pick up. Make sure you can pull your bow back slow and steady and darn near lined up on the target when you reach your anchor point. if you cant have the pro shop drop the weight till you can.

when i seen the post before reading it i thought maybe it was going to be one of those ex-%%&*$$ took the bow, but everyone here pretty much said it it's tuff if you can hold your bow back draw when he's out about 40 yards and closing usually as they walking in they have thier heads down smelling the ground,I have drawn on a buck even when he was looking away and he still bolted and i didn't hear a thing no squeek nothing
