[blockquote]quote:

Sorry bob, I thought it was just an expression, didn't realize there was a "true" robin hood...
[/blockquote]

I think it is often used as an expression for an accident.

Right, and since it is just an expression, I don't think it has a "true" meaning....

As for the accident part, notice the below, taken from my first post:

40 Yards, third shot.... more luck then anything but after all the shots I've fired this is the first time I've ever had that happen!

In 14 years I have only done it twice. So I think it is worth the extra couple of buck for a new arrow. it is a great conversation piece. so congrats I hope you never forget it. job well done.

ORIGINAL: Greg / MO

I shoot 2 arrows at a time
Hmmm... Never seen a rest that would let you shoot two arrows simultaneously...

See Greg, how it works is.....You Robinhood THEN you shoot them both. You just gotta be careful, your spine is just WAY too weak.......[&:][8D]

This will be my third year to own a bow, and believe it or not ive done it twice, I saved the second one should have saved the first one but I was going to be smart and salvage one of the arrowsyea right!! My avatar is actually a picture of mysecond one although it a crappy picture. It made me happy when i done it but hurt the billfold later! I dont need to do it anymore..
oh yea by the way I can promise that it was not skill to do it once let alone twice
