Well I can tell you, I got a lot of shooting to do in August and early September. it will be what you say hit the grounding running (in this case shooting). When I return from "The Raq" I have about 45 days before early deer in NY and then 60 days before turkey, soooooooo, means I have to use every available minute to practice, practice, practice. Guess have to shoot till arm is sore, and shot some more! Got to put the rack on the wall and the spurs on the necklace! [8D]

I'm not wishing turkey season over but I am looking forward to bow season already. My plot is planted and I'm praying on rain. I'm anxious to take my first buck with this new Bowtech and just yesterday I thought about what date I'll post the signup for the 06 Bowhunting contest Thread.

here in indiana we are forecasted like 8 days of rain straight. Thats too much ill be antsy to get out and practice but, i guess the deer will be nice and fat next year so thats a plus. our bow season starts october 1st i believe.
