Feather Supplies?

I am trying to build my own arrows and have purchased my shafts, nocks, and inserts but have been unable to find a retailor that sells the 5 inch fletchings individually. Does anyone know of an online dealer that will sell fletchings individually. I am looking for the gateway 5 inch white and chart colored feathers. the shafts will be used on my recurve. I need 12 white and 24 chart or lime colored feathers. thanks for the help.

I cannot order them just anywhere b/c I don't want to purchase 100 of each color. that would run me around 70.00. I may want to change colors in the future.

okay checked out eagle archery. prices were comparable to others but 4.00 for shipping 36 feathers is a bit much. besides, said free freight but couldn't figure out how to get that option during checkout so I passed for now. going to look at some other stores. thanks for the help.

Not worth an online seller to sell piece meal. Your cost per feather will go through the rough anyway. Three suggestions:

1. Bite the bullet and buy two bags of each and spend the money and have plenty of feathers. Maybe buy 100 count bag and a 50 count bag.

2. Find a friend who can use thefeathers tooand split the cost.

3. Go to a bow shop and buy them individually. (most costly option)

I've done #2, and 3. and a variation of both (bought a hundred with my Dad and then bought nock feathers individually, so we'd have different nock feather colors to easily seperate arrows while practicing).

I bought a sight from eaglearchery and got the feathers to go with them so they were a good deal for me. Only had to pay a $2 handling fee for the whole order.
