Help from you Tenn Folks
 

Are there any Tenn people around here? I have a nephew that lives in Memphis(Cordova) He's never killed a deer. He bought a bow and has practiced and practiced. He just doesn't have a place near him to hunt. Can any of you direct me to a good piece of public or private land where I could take him for a few days and try to get him a deer with the bow. I was getting set to start doing an internet search to find some likely spots but thought I'd ask here first to see if someone can shorten my search. What part of Tenn has the best deer hunting? Thanks in advance.... time to google.

How far do you consider close? Im 2 hours (Dyersburg) give or take from Memphis. If it's ok with the other guys on my lease yall are welcome to hunt here for free.

If your looking for a place alittle closer I can talk to my dad. He lives out that way and hunts public land. I'm sure I can get a couple good spots for you.
