RE: NC turkey with bow
Awesome! great job. I'm thinking of going out this week but found out the public game land is lottery? Why? I'm thinking about going in town because I know a few trees where they roost. Since it's in town it's bow only anyway.

Well done fellow North Carolinian! Where do you hunt? We have land in Caswell and Stokes Counties. Haven't been able to get out for turkey season yet, though!
Congrats! |

I'm in the W-Salem?G-Boro area, myself. I'll be taking the bow into the woods on Fri. and Saturday. I had feeders out until this past weekend.....and I'm waiting for them to get all of the corn out of the area (Although they'll eat FIFTY POUNDS in a DAY during deer season).
Good Luck! Jeff |
