i have seen them, i dont think i would use one though, one of the magnets in the think could wear out leaving you with a crooked rest and nothing you can do about it.

You all are pretty much on the same page as me with your thoughts about this. I already have a good drop away and was just curious if anybody had any raving reviews or anything like that.

I've looked at these things and talked to the inventor / founder. IMO its good idea that needs refining to be a feasible hunting solution. First of all, it's too expensive - $150 is alot of money. Second, you have to use their inserts which are also expensive. The guy told me that they were working with a broadhead manufacturer to develop a magnetic broadhead that you could just screw in to a regular insert but then you'd have to use their broadhead [&:]. If it was a slick trick or muzzy that'd be okay but I doubt it will be.
If it were 40or 50 bucks AND you didn't have to buy their special inserts AND I could shoot my own broadheads I'd definitely buy one. Until then I won't. I DO like the idea of no moving parts and no arrow contact with the rest though....

if you have to let down.. the arrow is gonna just drop after it leaves the magnetic field.
