I don't feel that one can be labeled as the best, but right now I use the rip cord and so far not one problem.

There are soem great rests on the market. The 3 best ones in my opinion are the Trophy Ridge Dropzone, Trophy Taker Shaky Hunter, and the Shaffers. I am currently using the dropzone and I really like them.
