How Much K.E. is Required???

I am wondering what or how much kinetic energy is needed for mechanicals? I have always shot steelhead 100's, but it has always been from 70# mathews bows. I just bought a 60# Legacy, shooting at 265fps with PSE pro comp 300's (26.75"). I love these broadheads, and have never had any penetration problems in the past with other set-ups. Want to know before I head out to the woods. Thanks. I am sure this has been asked, but I just joined the forum recently. Thanks again for the help.

Usually 45-50 ft #s of KE is adequate for mechanicals such as the steelhead. I think you will be fine.

You'll be fine with your setup.
