Default Gold Plated Trykon XL

A gold plated trykon XL??

Take a look in the new Hoyt 75th anniversary catalogue and you'll see it there.

So does anybody own one of these? It says it comes mounted on a plaque with a certificate of some sort.

What does one of these things go for anyways?

When I think of a gold plated bow, I think of some dastardly small-town richbad guy having one and pulling it off the wall to shoot at a good guy trying to do good. (circa 1980 something Road House withBrad Wesley/Dalton)

We have one in our store hanging on the wall. It is given to retailers with outstanding salesand service. It is a fully functional bow but they warn against actually shooting it cause the gold plating may crack and flake off with the vibration.

It will cost you about $2500.00.

If it was a Bowtech it wouldn't vibrate the finish right off of it

The bowshop around here has one.Its anice bow, but when I shot it, it seemed a like it had a little more hand-shock than the camo.[:-]

Justjoking of course, but it was still neat to look at.
