I've shot muzzy practice blades into my Block layered target and the penetration is virtually the same.
However, I still wouldn't do it. I think it's a principle thing. |

Use the Muzzy BH with a Muzzy Grasshopper. Then you've got the best of both worlds.;)

I was thinking maybe using real blades that I have used for practice might be good for turkeys. I might touch up the tip and maybe give the blades a stroke or two with the Gatco system.... no wait, I'm back to having sharp broadheads. Nevermind...

HAHAHAHAHA, WELL ONCE I SHOOT WITH A BLOND AND MEN THAT WAS A CRIME, THE HOLE WAS HUGE ABOUT AN INCH WIDE AND IT WENT TRU, YES A BLOND! ALMOST INCREDIBLE AH.

Can I use Muzzy practice blades to shoot a turkey? I think my bow produces enough kinetic energy to get the trocar tip to penetrate well and then the dull practice blades will stop the shaft from passing through. Has anyone ever tried this? I called the local game warden and he said it would be legal because it is not a feild point. Sometimes I think too much. Just don't tell the turkey,, he might practice he's dead!!!

Save the arrow tips and just throw rocks. It worked for Jethro when he went squirrel hunting.:D
