Out of 300pts what do you shoot???

All depends on what you want to get out of it. For myself, off season leagues are for pure fun and getting out to shoot the bow year round and maybe work on some things. Sure I'd like to shoot really well every week, but if I don't...no big deal.

As to your question...some weeks I shoot 285ish...some I shoot 265ish. The beers still taste the same after we are done shooting. LOL

sounds like pretty good shooting to me. Me I do it for the practice more then anything and improving myself. but those scores sound good!

I average about 270. Some weeks i shoot 240 others i may shoot 280 but all in all i average around a 270.

that sounds like some good shooting to me too. Not sure what I would do, been so long since I could shoot in a league, think I was shooting 240s but then deployments so not sure what I would shoot now!

On my first 5 Spot Target shoot I shot a 273 I believe (17 X).

I have only been shooting 20 times or so, so I am happy.

Just have fun with it. That is the main point!

The only reason I shota 5spot shootwas to try and work on concentration and my mental side of shooting.

Even by the later rounds I found myself starting to wane a little mentally.

In the end though, I just enjoy getting out and shooting my bow.

I believe you are asking about NFAA 5 spot? I shoot 298-300 40-47 X Hunter Setup.

Just before the state and national tournaments, when I'm at my peak, I avg. 300 55x with BHFS set up and 300 57x with Freestyle set up.

Well cardeer I dont shoot to win any prizes.... that will probably never happen but my shooting has improved and the 3D targets give me a little more comfortable feeling at where to aim when time comes!

The deer I shoot are my prizes, not the ones I've won at tournaments. The more you practice, the more you'll be ready and confident when that deer comes by. Shooting deer is not the same as shooting targets, targets don't move!;)
