Anyone Using Impact Archery Sights?
I have looked at some of these sights and they have extremely bright pins in low light conditions. Just wondering what the gen. consensus is. "Consensus"? That is a word, ain't it?

RE: Anyone Using Impact Archery Sights?
I have an Impact Cosmic and love the thing. Last fall when bear hunting I accidentally wrapped my draw rope around it and lifted my bow 15 ft up a tree stand with it and it didn't break. Its also incredibly bright. Great product.

I also have the Cosmic on my bow and use it strictly for hunting ,it give's me that extra time needed to sit in the bush during that low light condition's at the end of the day before dark fall's.Great sight and won't break the bank .

RE: Anyone Using Impact Archery Sights?
I have the cosmic single pin and as I've said in some previous posts it is THE brightest sight I've ever seen. I had that Cobra radiant with a light and even with the light on it was not as bright as the cosmic
. Has anyone seen the new sights from g5 outdoors? Check 'em out at g5outdoors.com. They're made of magnesium and they look awesome. They seem kinda' pricey though. I guess that's the price you pay for exotic metals and such..... |
RE: Anyone Using Impact Archery Sights?
Single pin COSMIC for hunting combined with a NO-PEEP=FANTASTIC!

RE: Anyone Using Impact Archery Sights?
i used to have the cosmic. its so bright i had to put a black magic marker to it so it didn't blind me during the day - no kidding. i later figured out you could put something on the housing like electrical tape during mid-day practicing to cure it, man is it bright.

I have the Cosmic now and I am very happy with it. I am in the process of setting up a new bow and am going to try the HHA 5500 on it.
I wanted one with a level and this one has good reviews and a level. Cant go wrong with the Impact's though. |

RE: Anyone Using Impact Archery Sights?
I had the 3 pin IA FiberTech on my Tomkat and they now are on my new Tribute as well. I think these are some of the most ECONOMICAL sights you can get. The pins are very well protectced and for Deer Hunting in the Midwest you really on need 3 pins or less. They offer very bright details even in lowlight situations.
The BIG BONUS is the company offers a 5 year warranty on the equipment. I got a little carried away one day and overtightened the pins and cracked two. I sent an email to Fiber Tech and Bingo Bango I had a whole new sight window with 3 new pins. So, for 35 bucks or less these are a excellentchoice for hunting and will withstand some serious abuse. Add the Customer Service and it is a Win Win. ![]() |

RE: Anyone Using Impact Archery Sights?
I shoot the cosmic ring and wouldn't shoot anything else. It gets a little bright during the day but a black scrunchy take care of that. I recomend impact sights to anyone

RE: Anyone Using Impact Archery Sights?
I have been using the Cosmic from impact for three years already and still love it.I remove it durring the off season and practice with a four pin sight(shooting out to 50 yards ) Impact makes great sights.really rugged and bright. Also because I use a single pine durring the hunting season, and the cosmic is fully adjustable with thumbscrews,I use a liquid paint pen and make small dots for all the yardages that I shoot.
