Suggestions for accesories for new Tribute
Looking for a few suggestions for accesories for my new 30" 60lb tribube that will be used for hunting only. So far I have decided on a Timberline NO-Peep, Trophy ridge pendulum sight, Trophy Ridge Drop Zone rest. Now for the stuff I am tring to decide on I am thinking of tring Easton ST Axis arrows what spine would you use with 100gr tips? Stablizer I have pretty much decided on the stealth but not don't know wheather to go with the 6" or 8" to make the bow balance best. I might go with an STS just depends on how the bow sounds and all, to thoughs who have an STS on a Tribute did it makemuch of a differnence?

Can somebody help this guy out...I'm not familiar with his products of choice.
Congraduations on the new bow!!! Only thing I will comment on is the arrows. I highly recommend the Carbon Tech Whitetails in.400 spine for your set-up. That spine should work great for you if you had arrows cut back to 28.5 or 29 inches (base of nockthroat to top of tip insert). |

RE: Suggestions for accesories for new Tribute
On the Stealth stabilizer I recommend the 4" or the 6". It's not like your gonna need a long heavy stabilizer for hunting anyway. I prefer to keep my hunting setup as light and compact as possible. What's the point in buying a short compact bow and then put a 8" long stabilizer on it?
Here are my recommendations: Rest: Muzzy Zero Effect (New version for parallel bows), Vital Bow Gear Fall Away or the new NAP fall away. If you're not into the fall away scene go with the NAP Quicktune 3000. Stabilizer: See Above Sights: Copper John Dead Nuts or any sight from Vital Bow Gear no matter if you prefer fixed or moveable. I recommend A/C/Cs for the arrows or if you want an all carbon arrow look at the Carbon Express Maximas. |

Right now it is set at 75 and they fly great as good as any of the other arrows I shot in the past

Awesome spur, those GT's can run a little underspined for the upper range but if they are flying good that's all that counts. Mine fly awesome too.
Sorry to hijack. I've been using NAP 2000 dropaway for 3 years now and wouldnt change. Copper John sights are a great buy but if you got the money to spend, go for the spot-hogg line. |
