70 yards is pretty far! i would work a lot more at like 50 then when your groups improve move back to 60 then when your shooting good groups from there move back to 70, that should reduce the amount of misses you have.
personally i don't shoot past 60 yards (target)and i find that far, but i also think it makes me a much better shot at thecloser distances.so i was just kinda wondering why you shoot from 70, to improve groups or are you into 3d??

Why are you shooting at 70 yards?? Not that theres anything wrong with that but Im just curious. Unless its for competition target practice that a pretty good distance if you are missing the target often.
Start at 30 yardsand keep going back at 10 yard increments as you zone in on the range you are trying to get to.

i think im going to have to try the big foam piece behind my target. but the thing is you said to get if from a boat dock correct? well there really isnt to many boat docks around my area. were else could i get something like that?
