Im very new to bowhunting , and got a bad case of buckfever this morning when i kicked up 2 very large bucks down in my marshy field area...my question is this: I live on a large horse farm with a lot of fields surrounded by woods...the wind blows from the barn down to the area i am hunting...i havenot purchased any cover scent or anything like that, and i was wondering...since the deer smell the horses everyday, would it be wise or not to use the horse urine as amaskingscent?

It seems to me like you already have the cover scent, as long as the wind is blowing in the right direction!

I often stump thru the floppers in a situation like that on the way to the stand.

Yep, use what is natural for your area. That would be a great cover scent.
