Another Fun Filled Hunt
 

If any of you caught my first post about this new property I got to hunt-"Big Buck Alert", you might remember I saw a huge Illinois Buck.

Well, I got back out there tonight. I saw a group of 7 Bucks!! Two of which were also Big Bucks, but not as big as the one I saw last Saturday. It seems the Bucks in this area are still in bachelor groups. One was a ten point not huge but very nice. The other, a short tined 8 point, but very wide probably over 18" and had a HUGE body.
They were headed my way at about 75 yards, but when the owner rode past on his horse and they ran off. I was not too upset, because they are letting me hunt their property. And sometimes it's nice to just have a relaxing night watching the deer :)

Well, i will keep you posted, I plan to go back out there next Tuesday.

7 bucks at once,I'm jealous! Around here just be glad to see a couple and the big boys are few and far between.
