Speed vs quietness, what's your priority? (Poll added)

RE: Speed vs quietness, what's your priority?
I prefer a bow to be quiet. If that deer hears that bow fire, its ducking under it, jumpin over it or doin somthin to dodge it...no matter if its 350 fps or 250 fps. Of course, the deers chances of dodging the arrow decrease the faster the arrow flys but if you think about it, the deer will still try to dodge it, making it a bad shot. If the bow is quiet, the deer will never hear it, and the arrow will more than likely fly in the kill zone, making it a good shot..do u get what im sayin

On whitetails: I say quiet. If they can hear it- bad news. I think speed helps, but only to help in flatter shooting. I think if I ever got to hunt in Africa on the big dogs, I would want some knockdown power instead of stealth.
