IL Deer & Turkey Classic
 

Just seeing if any of you from around the area are going to the IL Deer & Turkey Classic the end of febuary.Was thinking about maybe trying to get together with some of the other bow hunter's from other places and maybe make a few new friends

It is in Bloomington IL febuary 24-25-26 tons of exhibits and seminars. i have been the last few years and its always worth the $9.00 to get in the door

The crowds are always less on friday so i am going to try and go down friday morning and stay the day atleast maybe over night depending of who goes with me and whats going on at the time

I've been the past 2 years. Went on a Sunday last year and was amazed at the last day crowd, about as crowded as the Saturday I attended the year before. I met some of the HNI administrators and a few members last year. Had a great time, but not sure I am going this year.

Mudd dawg, I what to head down for the classic with the 8 pointer i got this year. Have you ever entered a rack there and what does it entail.
Any info would be a great help.

i took two down last year ,i believe it was 15 dollars each but that afforded you enterance on all three days. it must be left and then picked up on sunday

I am sure bob was right i think its $15 and that gets you in the door and i know its $9 just to get in so not a bad deal at all
