What Would Be A Good Bow for child ?

What would be a good bow for a 65 to 70 lb
12 year old boy ?

He wants to turkey hunt with me but he doesn't want to
Use a gun.
He wants to shoot a turkey with a arrow.

So what would be a good bow for him?
That wouldn't cost a lot.

Thank You
